Items typically ship within 5 business days - and often closer to 1 or 2 days. If you have a time constraint, please email email@example.com at the time of ordering and we will accomodate to the best of our abilities.
We are not responsible for any USPS, UPS, or Fedex delays. Custom fees and duties are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order is shipped it is in the hands of the carrier. Please reach out directly to the carrier if you have questions about your shipment.
Unfortunately due to the small nature of our company, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please read product descriptions before purchasing!
